The State Appellate Defender Office and the staff to the Michigan Indigent Defense Commission are pleased to offer important training for Michigan criminal defense attorneys during the COVID-19 pandemic. Join us for a free 1.5 hour online session to learn how to identify COVID-related issues that may impact adult criminal cases and understand when and how to make objections in order to preserve the record in the event of an appeal.
