Practicing law in the criminal arena can be challenging. We are expected to be knowledgeable, skilled, and proficient. And we must be competent. And all the while, we must be ethical. At this session we will hear from attorneys from the Attorney Grievance Commission, and from a lawyer who defends attorneys when they are accused of violating the Rules of Professional Responsibility. They will share with us their thoughts on how to avoid ethical problems while we practice our profession. Come join us, and bring your questions. Moderator: Mark L. Brown, Attorney and CAP Board Member Speakers: Alan M. Gershel, Grievance Administrator, Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission Frances A. Rosinski, Senior Associate Counsel, Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission Thomas M.
