Biography:

Lillian Diallo attended college at Central Michigan University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. After college, she worked for a management firm in Detroit. It was while working in this capacity, she started seeing injustice to her fellow man. This is when she decided to go to law school, Michigan State College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor. She has been practicing law for almost 2 decades. Most of that time has been spent representing criminal clients who are charged with some of the most atrocious acts known to man. Diallo is one of the go-to attorneys for high-profile and complex litigations. Diallo has been all over the State of Michigan zealously representing clients. In 2011, she opened her own law firm known as the Legal Warriors, PLLC with the following slogan ‘Battle Tested, Battle Proven, and Battle Ready.’ Diallo enjoys the reputation of being a fierce litigator all throughout the state.


Community service is a hallmark of what makes a community whole and not forgotten. Currently, Lillian sits on the Board of Directors as Vice-President for the Wayne County Criminal Defense Bar Association, where the mission is to reach back to reach forward. Every year there is a different drive to help and teach those that are in the most need. Community service is an obligation and a pleasure.

Gabi Silver is a criminal defense attorney with decades of experience representing
individuals facing criminal charges. A fierce advocate, Ms. Silver has devoted her entire legal career to helping her clients out of tough situations. LARRY POLK

Biography:

Larry R. Polk is the current treasurer for the WCCDBA. Polk is a driven attorney and
advocate for legal and social justice. Polk graduated from Wayne State University in
1981, where he received his B.A. and then furthered his education in 1993, attending
Michigan State College of Law, formally known as the Detroit College of Law, receiving his J.D.. He also holds a title in the Top Lawyers of 2013 article as one of the top attorneys in metro Detroit. Dedicating his life to Christ and faith is truly one of his
strongest values considering his membership and involvement at Fellowship Chapel of Detroit. Another value he possesses is brotherhood with his extensive involvement in the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. His involvement includes being a mentor to the youth at church as well other programs that guide young men and women in the direction to make noble decisions. Polk is also close to his African heritage and will always take
pride in it.

Biography:

Ms. O’Meara holds a BGS Degree from The University of Michigan and a JD from Wayne State University Law School. After passing the Bar in 1995, she worked as a sole practitioner before being employed as a staff attorney at UAW Legal Services until 1998 when she formed a Law Firm with her husband, O’Meara and O’Meara, PLLC. In 2003, she began working as a contract lawyer for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office where she worked until 2006 when she began her solo practice as a criminal defense attorney taking assigned and retained cases. Her practice has been focused on Wayne County, but she has also represented people in Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw, Genesee, Lenawee, Monroe, and Saginaw. She has been active with the National Lawyers’ Guild and has held office with the Wayne County Criminal Defense Bar association, serving as both Vice President and Secretary over the years.

Born and raised in Detroit, Arni Chambers is an attorney in private practice since 2003. With a specialization in criminal defense, he is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan, The United States District Court - Eastern District of Michigan, and The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Arni proudly received his Bachelor of Science from Alabama State University in 1998. From there, Arni returned home, where he continued his education, graduating from Wayne State University Law School in 2001. While accepting both retained and appointed cases, from lower-tier felonies to capital offenses, Arni takes pride in representing clients throughout Wayne County and is highly honored to have been voted a Wayne County Criminal Defense Bar Association Board Member in 2021.

My name is Andrea M. Fanning. I am a graduate of the University of Michigan where I received my undergraduate degrees in Communications and Political Science. I graduated with Honors from the Detroit College of Law in 1989. I was admitted to the practice of Law in November 1989. I was previously employed by the UAW Legal Services Plan where I worked for 5 12 years before going into private practice. I have been in private practice since 1995.
